Dental Assistant

With a genuine passion for helping others and creating positive patient experiences, Luz has been working as a Dental Assistant for the past four years. Before beginning her career in dentistry, she gained valuable experience as an implant sales representative, where she developed a strong understanding of dental procedures and patient needs. She has proudly been part of our team for the past year and enjoys building meaningful relationships with every patient she meets.

Originally from Maracaibo, Venezuela, Luz earned her Business Administration degree before moving to Canada to pursue her passion for dentistry. She completed her Dental Assisting education at Westervelt College and is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing her to comfortably connect with and care for patients from diverse backgrounds.

Her approach to patient care is centered on compassion, clear communication, and respect. She believes that every patient deserves to feel heard, comfortable, and confident throughout their dental journey. Whether she's assisting during treatment or helping answer questions, she is dedicated to making each visit as positive and stress-free as possible.

Outside of the office, Luz loves spending quality time with her family. In her free time, you'll often find her on the tennis court, enjoying the sport and staying active.
